Yoga practice session...

The first houe was yoga class lead by Goerge sir. Today we practiced pranayamam, which increases our concentration span. Class ends with Shavasana. Next two hours is by Joju sir and today's topic is about the Achievement test and its characteristics.  Afternoon, we had Goerge sir class about marking of long jump. After that, we had an aerobic training session handled by Sreedevi maam and it was really a enjoying one it helps to reduce our stress and increases the quality of our life.
