A habit for life...

 June 21st, We celebrated the international yoga day today. Teacher students from ourselves performed some simple asanas for the students and also a short description on the essentiality of doing yoga on a regular basis was also illustrated.  Students from NCC and SPC were a part of this initiative


. Session started by a inauguration talk by Sr. Jomcy followed by warm up session by vimal. Today we introduces 3 major asanas includes pranayama, thadasana,  vrikshasana. We also talk about their benefits to our body. First we demonstrates the asana  next by them. The session was really interesting one. Session concluded by Anu Roy, we also takes photo with them.
